About the Trainer Mary Buker began working in law firms in the 1970's, and has worked with litigators since 1982. She spent over 17 years at a major Austin law firm and participated in committees involved in technology acquisition and upgrades from the firm's very first purchase of desktop computers. In 1995 Mary became the firm's trainer and created a comprehensive training program, much of which is still in use today. She helped attorneys, paralegals and support staff understand and utilize the firm's hardware and software at all levels, from the basic task of using a mouse, to developing a working knowledge of the most complex software. Now she focuses strictly on litigation technical support, offering customized training and consulting directly responsive to each client's needs. |
